No copays, no deductibles, no claims.
No. Friends+ is a Direct Primary Care membership — a flat monthly rate for unlimited access to our Charleston clinics. It covers primary care, urgent care, basic labs, mental health, annual wellness, and telehealth during clinic hours. It does not cover hospital stays, surgeries, or specialists. Many members pair Friends+ with a low-cost catastrophic plan for the rare major event.
Anytime. The Enhanced level adds 24/7 Virtual Care+ and the RX+ pharmacy program. The Complete level adds Mental Health+ with 12 therapy visits. Start at the level that fits and move up whenever you like — just let us know.
Our patients are seen in under 10 minutes 93% of the time. If you can’t be seen by a provider within 1 hour during business hours, that month is free — same-day, in person, virtual, or telehealth, whichever gets you care fastest. We don’t do “we’ll fit you in next Tuesday.” That’s the whole point of Direct Primary Care.
You’re month-to-month and can cancel anytime, no penalties. No long-term contract — Friends+ is built on trust, not lock-in.
You need to be able to reach either our West Ashley or North Charleston clinic for in-person care, and have an SC address on file for telehealth. Both locations are a short drive from most of the Lowcountry.
